Lebanon Valley Council on the Arts is the area's umbrella arts agency. We serve as an advocate for artists working in all the disciplines and a clearing house for information on all aspects of the arts. We promote theater, music and dance performances as well as an exhibition series based in the Lebanon Campus of Harrisburg Area Community College.

Ciaran Carmichael

Lebanon Singer and Songwriter Ciaran Carmichael will present his versions of some of his favorite Irish Songs including “As I Roved Out“, “Carrickfergus”, “Danny Boy” and “The Sally Gardens”.
Ciaran who plays solo and with his group Letters for Lovers may also feature some of his own compositions in his set scheduled for the mid point of the day.
