Lebanon Valley Council on the Arts is the area's umbrella arts agency. We serve as an advocate for artists working in all the disciplines and a clearing house for information on all aspects of the arts. We promote theater, music and dance performances as well as an exhibition series based in the Lebanon Campus of Harrisburg Area Community College.

Our long term aim is to provide the arts in the Lebanon Valley with a home where rehearsal, performance, educational and exhibition facilities will be housed

Doris Verna

Doris Verna attended Kutztown Teacher's College [before it was a university] in their art curriculum.
Over the years she has painted in various media but a few years ago she started taking watercolor classes from a number of teachers. At the present she is studying with David Lenker and enjoys it very much. She first showed her work at ARTIST'S ALLEY in the Good Samaritan Hospital about 1993, and returned to that venue in the Spring of 2004.
Doris also has an interest in music and belongs to "Harmonia Club" in Lebanon.
